 Vijaya Teachers college has a placement cell which provides/offers Placement Services to school and colleges for the candidates who pass out of the B.Ed. and M.Ed/M.Sc/MA Programs at the end of every academic year. Placement cell in our college plays a major role in sharing the careers of our students. The cell organises placement fair, career talks, career guidance programmes career exhibition etc. 

Institutions which cater to State, National and International level syllabi participate in the placement fair for on-campus interview and recruitment. Vijaya Teachers college attracts some of the best names in school education who know the quality of human resources that we create. The institutions visit to our college, when the students are in third semester and complete the entire process in the college itself. The selected candidates will receive offer letter in the fourth semester. Soon after completing the last semester examination candidates will join the school or college.
